濟南裝載機日常作業(yè)都需要油的潤滑，那么裝載機在安裝時應該如何防治油液的污染，現在由永保機械的有關專家給大家介紹一下。
1、濟南裝載機液壓泵的吸油口應安裝粗濾器，且吸油口處應距油箱底部一定距離；

2、濟南裝載機出油口處應安裝高壓精濾器，且過濾效果應符合系統(tǒng)的工作要求，以防污物堵塞而引起液壓系統(tǒng)故障；

3、濟南裝載機的液壓油箱隔板上應加裝過濾網，以除去回油過濾器未濾去的雜質。

4、濟南裝載機液壓缸上應安裝金屬防護圈，以防污物被帶進缸內，并可防止泥水和光輻射對液壓缸侵蝕而引起泄漏；液壓元器件安裝前應檢查、清理干凈其內部的鐵屑及雜質；

5、定期檢查液壓油，一旦發(fā)現油液變質、泡沫多、沉淀物多、油水分離等現象后應立即清洗系統(tǒng)并換油。新油加入小型裝載機的油箱前應經過靜置沉淀，過濾后方可加入，必要時可設中間油箱以進行新油的沉淀和過濾，確保油液的清潔。
