側卸式裝載機，是靠鏟斗將巖石鏟起，用側卸的方式將巖石裝入礦車。由于活動范圍比較大，掘進工作面空間比較狹窄，所以側卸式裝載機在工作和檢修時容易引起擠傷人員，擠壞支架、電纜、設備等事故。為防止事故的發生，山東永保機械的有關工作人員提醒大家在操作側卸式裝載機的時候要注意一下幾個方面：

1、機器工作前必須通知附近人員撤離，避免機器對人員造成擠碰;

2、 操作中應經常檢查電纜是否完好，避免壓壞，避免與油管發生摩擦，引發火災事故，應保證所有操作按鈕完好;

3、 裝巖前，應對巖堆灑水滅塵，無論沒水或灑水裝置損壞，都不能開機裝巖;

4、裝載機上的照明裝置一定要完好，使工作人員有一個良好的視線，避免擠傷人員的事故發生。同時良好的照明對提高生產效率也是非常有利的;

5、 裝載機工作和檢修時，工作人員，特別是區(隊) 長要注意掘進頭的情況。發現有透水、冒頂、煤巖突出征兆時，應立即組織人員撤離到安全地方，并采取相應的措施;

6、當裝載機舉起鏟斗時嚴禁人員在鏟斗下方操作或進行檢修。必須進行修理時，應有可靠的安全措施;
